URGENT: Toolbar buttons not working

UPDATE: This is no longer an issue. The buttons are now working for me.

I've noticed this morning that some of the toolbar buttons aren't working. Most importantly the Publish button is not working. When I click on it nothing happens. Same thing goes for the Design, Conditions, and Integrations buttons. The Publish button also doesn't work from the More dropdown menu on the My Forms screen. I've tried this in Chrome, FF, and IE with the same results. Please fix ASAP, so that forms can be published. 

The issue might be temporary. We're glad to know that this is fixed now.
