If I downgrade my account will I lose my data?

If you downgrade your account, you will still be able to access your existing submissions/data. When your account is downgraded back to Starter/Free Plan, your account limits will just decrease and it will still allow you to access your previous form submission data. For Starter/Free Plan account, you can only receive up to 100 submissions for a month. Here is the complete details of the Starter/Free Plan limits.
