I am trying to use the same form, but even after I change the title, it keeps showing the old in the confirmation email that it sends the users. They are confused and I am getting frustrated. Can you help me with this?Page URL:

You may change the heading in the email notification by editing it. Please see the screencast below that can help you in changing the heading on the notification and auto-responder.
You may also create a new notification or auto-responder so that the form title will be added automatically as the heading. You may then delete the old notification/autoresponder once you feel that the newly added emails are working as expected.
