I checked your form and the email address currently looks to have typos as does your account email address. Here is our guide on how to update the recipient email for your form:
You can change your JotForm account email in your My Accounts Profile page
Both of your forms are also manually disabled at this time. Not sure if that was intentional, however, you will need to enable them once again in order to allow for new submissions.
