How to update event invite list

    I have an email distribution list for an initial event invite.

    I thought about importing my list to jotform, then exporting from jotform to include individual submission links so they can then "update" but this would require them to use the update link only and many people may just go directly to the form to register which would add a new record.

    How can I update my list to distinguish between registered and not registered so I don't keep emailing the registered emails?

    I'm thinking there is a very simple solution I'm overlooking.

    If I understood you correctly, you would like to import data to JotForm submissions, you can try using Import Data application but be mindful that the import file should be in xls or csv format and match the template displayed in the App.

    On the other hand, if you want to create some sort of subscribing list you can check Mailchimp integration or Campaign Monitor.
