WHAT DOES THIS ERROR CODE MEAN?

I AM TRYING TO GET THE URL FOR MY FORM TITLED VN13YBC - MOTIVA VEHICLE CONTRACTS AND I JUST KEEP GETTING THIS MESSAGE:

An error occured while saving your form #CaVb5fxs3BxVEbIFailed to set exception option

We had a temporary issue that caused forms to be unable to save.  This has been permanently fixed and should not occur any more or in the future.  Let us know if you are still unable to save forms and we will be happy to have a look.
