Forms not saving

Editing new forms and it keeps coming up with an error.

We need this forms to go live today and pay Jotform for a service, can this please be looked into please?

We had a temporary issue that caused forms to be unable to save.  This has been permanently fixed and should not occur any more or in the future.  Let us know if you are still unable to save forms and we will be happy to have a look.
