Hello, I'd like to get some help on lowering the spam score on a couple of different auto-reply e-mails...that are tending to get flagged as spam.  If I had to guess one reason is having URL's listed in the reply, but I want to see what you guys think.

And if it is the URL's...does using a shortener help?

My most frequent offender seems to be the auto-responders called:

    -AR-Adult-Opt.1

    -AR-Student-Opt.1

on the form "Kids' Life Volunteer Interest"

    Thoughts?

I can point you to some of the articles I found: http://www.samlogic.net/articles/reduce-spam-score.htm and this one: http://www.copernica.com/en/blog/some-tips-to-lower-your-email-spam-score.

It is a general "issue" with sending autoresponders and newsletters in batch sort to say. You can try the above advice. Also, it depends of the email providers how their filters are working.

Also, you can check this guide on how to prevent bouncing issues with your email when sending notifiers and autoresponders.

If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thank you!
