JotForm: Can we customize Weebly store order form?

I have a weebly commerce site and would like to make add additional fields to the order form based on the items they selected. For example, I need to be able to sell tickets to a conference, but in addition to the base rate they are paying, I need to give them the option of adding on a banquet ticket for their spouse, and if they do I need to capture that person's (or additional persons') names. 

We cannot change any Weebly forms, but you should be able to create a custom form with our drag and drop form builder and embed it to your Weebly site. This is possible to create order/payment forms and also show additional fields with conditional logic on form.
