Lost saved conditions

I have been working on adding conditions to my form for a while. Suddenly I have found I have lost all of them relating to field 39 and 40! Can you tell me what happened?

I am not sure what caused your form to be saved as a different version, however, you should be able to restore it to the version you are looking for.
