Very Slow Connection from Website to Jotform.

    Hello, my forms aren't loading normally, they take like 3-4 minutes (if lucky) to load into my site.

    Firefox & Safari have the same problem, haven't tested IE.

    Also the SUBMIT button appears with the wrong configuration as if left as default (I chose "carbon").

    Both worked fine yesterday, but today something is clearly wrong.

    Hi,

    we are sorry for what this issue has caused you. I have just opened your sites and able to fill and submit the form successfully.  Please try top clear the browsers cache and cookies. Logout and relogin tou your account and check if this works out!.

    You can try using a different browser and try if u can repllicate the same probelm. Lets know if this worked out!

    Hi,

    As i've check your website, I don't see any problem or issue of your form using different internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE9) at my end. It loads very smoothly. The caused of loading your form very slow is your Internet connection. Try to contact them regarding on your Internet connection.

    It is strange, I know it works, but it takes a very long time to load.. On my side I made a speed test for internet & works fine (RESULTS= ping 73ms download 1.75 mbps )with any other site, downloading, etc..

    For me is not working in safari, firefox (MAC) Yesterday worked perfectly... something is wrong on your side.

    My internet connection is not the problem.

    I enter my form's page and it seems like it has some kind of error because only displays the image I sent you.. then after some minutes the form appears and works fine.

    Please verify your end.

    Hi Pablo,

    Sorry for this issue. We are not able to reproduce the slow  loading issue. I have used both IE8 and Firefox and all works perfectly.  Can you check with your internet connection their seems to be an issue.

    Sometimes running an anti-virus software in your entire network  and clearing unused data/software to ensure you machine has enough memory and disk capacity may go alongway to increase speed of your machine. Try restarting the machine too to close any background running programs that may be slowing your machine. Then you can try to re-load the page.

    Lets know if this steps worked out!

    I double checked my inernet and it seems fine, checked with iPhone & iPad and works smoothly, so maybe it is my computer that might be causing the slowdown.
