Form is disabled

Suddenly I can't preview my form anymore. I can still edit it.

This is the error message that appears:

It seems the account was suspended in error by our system. I would recommend you not to leave  any form without title or without a label for each field. Also, please be aware that you cannot make forms to get passwords or catch credit card critical info on plain text fields, instead you must use a payment integration.

I didn't use forms to get passwords or credit card information.

I was making a normal form. 

So you didn't tell me yet how to fix this or what is being done. So my account will remain suspended? :(

I just checked your account/username  lumiarts and I see it is Active and forms are available as well.
