Form not found (Form is disabled) but I am not aware of any violation

    Dear JotForm Support,

    When I try to embed my form on my website I get the following error:

    Form not found (Form is disabled) - According to your help page this means the form was suspended for violating your Terms of Use.

    Can you please tell me how I am violating them? I just try to make a form that will allow cliënts to upload a file and pay me using credit card in order to have me review that file.

    Hello Wanja, your account was auto-suspended by our anti phishing filter. I checked your forms and confirmed none of them violates our Terms

    Sorry for the troubles, I have now reactivated your account so your form should be accessible by now.
