Fields not showing up in notification email

    Friends of Children Christmas Wish List Request - 2016

    When people complete the form and get their email notification of the submission, the first two wishes...

    Wish 1  and  Wish 2 doesn't appear.... but they are showing up in the report and in the Google Spreadsheet that it syncs to.

    I checked the email and it does show the field ID.

    How can I fix this?

    I checked the Notification E-mail of your form and I found that it was customized already. Since you have modified the email template, it looks like the email field name for Wish 1 and 2 is not the updated field ID/name from the form anymore.


    It is not {wish1} or {wish2} anymore (see the image above for correct field ID/name)

    To fix this, remove the wrong field ID/name and add it back again by clicking on the field name on the Dropdown list. You need to click to add so that the correct field ID will be pulled from the list.

    Save the email template afterwards and test submit again.

    Check if the Wish 1 and 2 field now have data in the submission email result.

    Let us know if still not resolve.
