Form stuck on "Please wait" when embedded on Wordpress

    when filling out my form, it responds by saying please wait. 

    I've tried my Iphone, firefox and safari browers filled form out 3 times and says no responses yet.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I was able to replicate the problem, it seems like it is related on how you have embedded your form. May I know how the form is embedded? Did you use the [embed][/embed] tags? Or did you use a plugin? Please do provide us more details. If you are using plugins, please make sure to update them

    To fix this, could you please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame embed code? Here's how to get that code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    I used the plugin. I'm not following what you mean when
    you say to update the plug in? please advise.

    Issue #2 - I tried to convert the form to Spanish also
    and it gave me errors. please advise on that also.
