My account got suspended as you are suspecting phishing, which is a mistake that i need to resolve. Please advice ASAP

    I have reactivated your account you should be able to access it, however the form that was suspected of phishing had to be deleted, please note that JotForm can not be used in any malicious internet activities.

    I still am unable to acess my account, I get the same your account has been suspended message.

    As of this writing I can confirm that the account status is active and the suspension has been lifted. Can you try to clear the browser's cache and cookies? and then re login to your account.

    Let us know if this worked.

    Thank you, my account got activated. I feel the need to explain why we are collecting personal data, i volunteer with an NGO in Egypt called Nebny which is in the field of sustainable development in Egypt. Accordingly, Nebny needs to have a database with the volunteers personal information as well as projects preference. The application that you have deleted was just used to collect that sort of data. Now after i have explained what we are doing can i create a similar form? If further details is required please tell me and i will gladly provide you with whatever assurance you need that this is a legal activity.

    Unfortunately, your form was autosuspended by JotForm's phishing prevention system due to the form's content. The system is very strict with regards to this type of forms. You may have noticed already that the form was autosuspended for the 2nd time. 

    Also, spamming the public forum with similar repeated messages will not prevent it and nobody highly appreciate such behaviour either.
