I'm have intregrated my from to google sheets but if i try to add a column in google sheets when i add a new form data it does not automatically download to google sheets. Is there anyway to be able to add or even color code rows ??

Modifying the integrated spreadsheet or adding columns can often cause the integration with the form to break. You should still be able to color code the columns/rows. Although we recommend to avoid modifying the spreadsheet to make sure that the data is passed successfully to google spreadsheet.
If you've recently modified the spreadsheet, please remove the current integration and reintegrate it again to make sure that all the data is passed. This will create a new spreadsheet and it will have all the submitted data from before.
