Hi my Jotform notifier is continuously getting caught in my spam filter,

my IT rep says its because the code before the sender email always changes

when i receive my notifier its from 0100015747558a90-d0eb3637-f5c0-491f-91f0-3c710132ac82-000000@amazonses.com

and that big long code changes every time so when i whit list the sender it doesn't matter,

can i get email from different address or something??

    Hello BodygroupInt,

Please note that we use AmazonSES to send submission emails from form. I would suggest you to please whitelist of domain names to ensure the emails are delivered successfully. You may like to take a look at the following guide for the list of domain names which needs to be whitelisted:  https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

If you're still experiencing issues with not receiving submissions to your email, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and if some of your submissions ended there, please open them and click 'Not Spam', it should look like this(for example in Gmail):

This is highly important action to prevent such issues in future.
