I have an account with your Jotform and have created some forms and uploaded on my website and which are not opening today .I can use them till yesterday and none of the forms are opening today.i I want to know the problem regarding this and let me know the solution as soon as pssible.

It appears that you already have reached the quota limits allowed for a Free user which is only up to 100 submision and 1GB upload space. As of the moment you already have 337 submissions with 1.87 GB upload space, to reactivate the account and forms you will need to upgrade or wait for the first day of next month when the quota resets.
