Question about sub-user accounts

    I am thinking of upgrading to silver but I have a few questions is there someone I can speak with?

    The big question is it says with silver I can have 3 users what does that mean?

    Hi,

    Are you referring to the number of sub-user accounts that you can create as shown in the Pricing page?

    If you are in Silver plan, you can create a maximum of 10 sub-users.

    A sub-user account is an account to whom you can share your forms (for editing, viewing etc.). If you add an existing JotForm account as a sub-user, you may then choose forms or add permissions to edit to individual forms for that particular account in which they become as a Sub-User under you. For more details, please see How to Share Forms with a Sub-Account User.

    Yes sub-users if I make a sub user do they get the submission as well if not how do I do that “God I wish you had call in support”

    My techs are telling me that the form is not submitting it just keeps saying please wait Im having a lot of issues I need help please with my MDF form

    You will have to create Notifiers that will send emails to other email addresses as well. You can follow this guide on how to do that.

    Sub-users can view submissions or edit forms by default when you create them, but for receiving submissions, again, you will have to create notifiers for them.

    Regarding the submitting of your form I checked it and I see that it is running really slow, that is probably because of a lot of conditions you have:

    Is it possible to reduce these conditions? Also, maybe, dividing your form in form breaks would speed up your form loading:
