Can we collect form data offline with iPhones or iPads?

Is there an app that we can use on our iphones or ipads for this? Or can you only get to the JotForm form by following an internet link?

We do not have special apps for offline forms, the forms can be accessed only by their URLs and their PDF versions.

This might be possible to use fillable PDF form version for offline data collection purposes. Please take a look at the following thread.
