I did have a 'code' textbox which was going to function as an access code, not sure if this has something to do with this. I have now deleted it.
I have made a lot of edits so would be really great to get this sorted urgently.

The mentioned buttons are working fine on my forms but I was able to reproduce the problem when I tested it in your form. The save and preview buttons are not responding.
I have now raised this problem to our developers so they can further investigate. We'll let you know here once this is fixed.
