I need to know if the total submissions storage is fixed or if I can get more

Hello!

I've been using Jotform for a long time. I deleted all my existing submissions.  Can I collect more 100 more submissions?  Or is there a lifetime limit of 500 submissions?

Please advise so I can move forward.

If you are referring to the Total Submissions Storage, it's a fixed limit. You have to delete your existing submissions in order to restore this limit. Please make sure to download the submissions first to have a backup. Once deleted, there is no way you can recover it later. 

Please note that deleting the form won't restore the limit unless you will purge it from the trash folder. I see that you have a few forms in your Trash Folder, you may consider purging them if you want to keep your account on a free plan. Otherwise, you should be all set with your Storage Plan. Storage plan allows you to have an unlimited submissions storage limit.
