Is there a way to get a form that has been submitted to me copied to that client's information in Insightly?

Integration with Insightly CRM is possible with JotForm. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with integrating Insightly CRM to your JotForm.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

So I have done that. I guess what I'm having trouble with is the whole field part. I would like to be able to click on a contact in Insightly and have my jotforms be organized or accessed from there. I can get them to save under projects, but ideally I need them collected under the person's name as we have multiple forms associated with each contact.

As I can understand you want to access to your forms from the Insightly's side, or you may also want to choose some of your contacts where the new submissions should be sent to.

Unfortunately this does not seem to be possible, you can only map the fields from your form into your Insightly account, and the record will be created in the list selected once the form is submitted.

However, may be that I misunderstood what you're trying to achieve, please provide us more details about it, we will be glad to help you.

What do you mean map the fields? For example, we have a jotform that is integrated with insightly. Under authenticate it then says Choose a list, well if I choose contact it doesn't show up under that person in contacts. If I choose projects it will show up under projects, but the actual info from the form doesn't get carried over. It just shows their name and our name but no information.

Mapping fields means setting up the fields that will be forwarded to Insightly list.

So, you need to map more fields if you want the actual info from the form to be carried over to project list. And in order to map more fields you need to create custom fields under your project list at your Insightly account dashboard:

In that way they will appear in your integration. Please see this guide: https://support.insight.ly/hc/en-us/articles/204061084-How-to-create-a-custom-field  .

Ok. So I'm understanding you better now. So I created a custom field in Insightly under Contacts and did the integration on Jotforms, but it seems it is only transferring the text books title and not what is in the text box.Integrating forms with Insightly? Could you confirm if you have selected the Field type as Multi-line text field in the custom field of Insightly?

I have tried testing the Insightly integration with a custom field, and was able to receive the data without any issue. Please see the screenshot below:

Could you check the custom field in the Insightly and get back to us if the issue still persists? We will be happy to assist you further.

I have checked the integration on your JotForm and see that only one field is mapped with only one field in the CRM.

Could you try accessing the integration wizard again and map the necessary fields to the CRM? Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist you further.
