I see that I have a lot of incomplete payments and I've been getting calls that users are having trouble with paypal. How do I fix this?

    Seems that the problem came up after I added another registration form for collecting payments.

    Hello mkeathley,

    I did check your form and found that you have several incomplete payments. Please note that if users are redirect to PayPal checkout page but do not settle the payments, all those submissions are marked as incomplete payments.

    Can you please check and confirm if you have received payments in your Paypal account for incomplete payments?

    I would also suggest you to please ask your users what issue they are facing with PayPal payment. Please let us know your webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look. We will wait for your response.
