Using the apps

I am alittle confused on how the quiz app works. I followed the directions but where does it save the temple? Am I just using the code from the original jotform? 

Are you referring to this quiz app here http://apps.jotform.com/app/quiz_form that you want the results from?

It's best to set your email at the top so that it emails you the results when its filled in and sent.

Also, I meant to mention to get the results manually you just re-open the quiz app and choose the form then you should see them on the left-hand side.
