I can't add options to a subscription plan?

I am trying to set up a recurring donation form with BrainTree. I added a payment field and in the payment wizard it is prompting me to add subscription options, but isn't giving me the ability to actually add any options. See attached.

    Please advise.
    Thanks!

Generally, the subscriptions configured in your Braintree account should be fetched when we choose subscriptions. It seems that there is an issue with fetching the subscriptions from Braintree in the wizard. Please allow me some time to run few tests in this regard and get back to you with relevant information. Meanwhile could you try generating a new set of API keys and see if that makes any difference by using them?

Let us know how it goes. We will be happy to assist you further.

This is the first recurring donation form I've made with Braintree. I realized that I need to first set up a recurring plan in Braintree and Jotform automatically populates with it.
The only thing I couldn't figure out how to do was allow the donor to put in a custom donation amount for recurring.
    Is this possible?
    Thanks,

Unfortunately, this is not possible with Braintree subscriptions. It is required to have the subscriptions configured in Braintree account itself. Were you able to fetch the subscriptions from Braintree to your JotForm? Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

I was able to fetch the subscriptions that are already configured in Braintree. I was also in touch with Braintree about this issue.

Their API supports variable billing which overrides whichever plans are already in there. However, it needs to be set in motion by the form system that we use - in this case Jotform. Does Jotform have the ability to work with the Braintree API to enable this option?

    Thank you

Great! Glad to see that the issue with fetching the subscriptions from Braintree is now resolved. The other question is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.
