Can I create a multi page application form on JotForm?

Asked by howrenmusic on September 21, 2016 at 02:20 PM

I have one very long application form I would like to break into 5-6 pages with a progress meter at the top of each page.  I saw the progress bar wigit but was not sure what to do about multiple page forms.  Didn't see anything in templates

Hello Julie, yes that's achievable by using Page Breaks to divide your long form into sections/pages.

Here's a really short guide on how to do that How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms

Aside from using Page Breaks, yes you may also add a Progress Bar Widget to aid your users, visually, on how far they have to go.

I would also recommend using the Form Tabs Widget - Here's how it looks like https://form.jotform.com/61771669325969
