If you're asking how to view reports using the same idea as a Conditional Logic in forms, there are plenty of ways I can think of to achieve that. However, we first need to better understand what exactly you're asking about.
Just reply to this thread with a more detailed question (e.g. what is it that you're trying to do, what do you want to happen with your reports, etc.). Hoping to hear from you soon.

Thanks for your quick response. I'm wondering if we can see only a subset of submissions in repeat view? Perhaps this is a "filter" of the submissions?

If you want to filter through your submissions directly on your submissions page, you can do it by first following this guide to open the submissions page of your form:
https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
Once you are on your form's submissions page, you can filter for any word you need by simply entering it into the box that says Search In Submissions:
When it comes to achieving this same behavior in reports, yes, we have it available in our Grid Listing reports just as well:
https://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-create-a-Grid-Listing-report
At the bottom of a Grid Listing report, it will display the same kind of filterbox, where you can enter the term you are looking for within your submissions:
