Is jot form doing that or is it my customers?

This is something that was recently implemented on the JotForm's end as it is not possible to ask for Credit Card information through forms.

I have removed those fields from your form in order to avoid your form and account to be suspended by our anti-phishing system.
If you would like to collect payment info you need to use one of our existing payment processing apps, here is the link: https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing

This way you will properly collect your payment info and will avoid your form being cataloged as phishing.
