I like the idea of jotform and understand how it works but we would like to take a several page lease document with a lot of boilerplate wording that people need to be able to read and then fill it out and send it in. Am I missing how you can essentially recreate such a lease agreement PDF form and give people the chance to legally fill it out and legally sign it thanks for a quick response

    Thank you for contacting us.

Let me please inform you that we support professional services (DocuSign and Adobe eSign) which allow users to sign documents electronically. The following widget integrations will basically turn your JotForm based web forms into signable contracts.

    DocuSign

    Adobe DC eSign Services

Mentioned widgets are not supported on fillable PDF forms. However, both you and your form user will be emailed with signed and legal PDF documents upon the web form submission.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
