We may have a small problem with jotform. At the bottom of the message, is a link to someone’s resume. You can see that the link is to a Word doc. When I click the link it seems to be opening the resume, but what opens is a blank Word document. I have tried all of the jotform message with Word links, and all open a blank document. Strangely, if someone uploads a PDF, then it opens fine. Any thoughts on what is going on?

You are using MAC OS and the submitted Word Doc is created using a Windows PC. It's a compatibility issue. You can either view the file using MS Online or view it using Windows PC.

For MS Online, you have to save the file on your OneDrive account and open it there. I'm using Windows PC and can open your files.
