Designing a registration form for non profit art association.

Need to:

Be able to list classes for students offered, dates, times, instructions, picture.

Would like students to be able to:

See information

Click on classes they want to take

Return registration accepted with supply list

Can we have a limited number of students with wait list?

Send notice to Registrar and Education Committee

Pay with PayPal and other major credit cards.

I have played with PayPal and with Tockify.

Limited experience.  But lots of graphics experience.

Does JotForm have a simple registration form template for this?

I would suggest you to use the inventory widget to your form, this way you will have a limited number of options that you can sell, once the product reaches the limit then it will not be available anymore.
