Designing a registration form for non profit art association.

Asked by OurPhotoClub on September 21, 2016 at 03:41 PM

    Need to:

Be able to list classes for students offered, dates, times, instructions, picture.

Would like students to be able to:

    See information

Click on classes they want to take

Return registration accepted with supply list

Can we have a limited number of students with wait list?

Send notice to Registrar and Education Committee

Pay with PayPal and other major credit cards.

I have played with PayPal and with Tockify.

Limited experience.  But lots of graphics experience.

Does JotForm have a simple Template for this?

I would suggest you to use the inventory widget to your form, this way you will have a limited number of options that you can sell, once the product reaches the limit then it will not be available anymore.

Here is the link to the widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory

This guide will help you to add the widget to your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

You will need to then get the total payment in the Form Calculation widget and pass this calculated value to the payment field, here is a guide that will help you to do it: How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

You may also find a template that fits your needs: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/

This guide will help you to use form templates: How-to-use-the-form-templates

    Hope this helps.
