Can free accounts make more than 5 forms if I archive one of them?

    Hello,
I hope this email finds you well.  If I put a form in the "archives" does it still count to the number of forms I have?  I just received an email about needing to upgrade because I exceeded the limit of 5 forms.  If they are "archived" do they still count to the over total number of forms.

    Thank you,

    Lisa

I see you're wondering about the 5 form limit that has been added to free accounts and wondering if it includes or doesn't include archived forms.

The limitation is for all of your forms combined in total.

Yes, you can archive that form and make another new form but only 5 forms may be used at any time and that form that you tucked away for later via archiving becomes disabled.

If you made a new one then try to unarchive our system knows that and will not allow you to reactivate your form displaying the limit warning message unless you delete or reverse roles for it.

In the gif screnshot below I made 5 forms and sent the 5th to archive. I then made a 6th form and tried to unarchive it but as I stated above our system does not allow it. Hope this helps to clarify any confusion you might have had.

Existing forms you have will remain active if you had more before the limit kicked in but any more than that would be halted and you would be shown the form limit message.
