How to allow multiple registration entries on my form

Hi I have a register form here https://form.jotform.com/coolchoir/cool-choir-free-taster-registration

Each person who wants to come to my business has to fill this out individually. Is there a way that the form could allow more than one person to register on the same form? Perhaps a drop down box at the top stating 'number of people attending' with quantity. If the person selects for example, 3 people, the current information requested will show up three times (one for each person to complete). At the moment I am asking people to fill out a form for each person and i don't think it's very efficient because basically, one person is booking but bringing 3 other people. I only receive the information for the ONE person booking and not the rest. Then when they come along, they have to start filling out a paper version of the online form.

    Can you help please?

    Thanks!

    Hi Jamie,

If I understand correctly what you need, you wanted to be able to allow one person to register multiple people in your Registration form https://www.jotform.ca/form/62597633822262 .Instead of each individual filling the registration form by themselves, you want that even an individual only can do it for multiple people at once.

I think what you only need to be in the form is a multiple entries field/widget

Try adding the configurable list widget on your form.

    Test this demo form https://form.jotform.com/61654821574965

This widget will allow the user to enter information as many as needed before submitting the form.
