Upgrade to Premium?

    I believe I paid twice now to upgrade to premium and it still says that my services will be discontinued on Monday.  I definately don't want to loose my forms.  Would you please check on this to make sure services are not discontinued.  Thanks!

    I have checked your status and you are now on a premium account. Your monthly submissions has been increased to 1,000 per month. Can you please try to log out and then log in again? If that doesn't work, please try to clear your browsers cache.
