The preview does not match the display

    See Screen shot:

The preview is how I want the form to show.  The display is how the form is displaying on my website.

I copied the embed code and entered it.   Can you let me know what I can do to fix it?

Right now you cannot see it on my website (only in preview mode) because it has to be approved.  I have added a screenshot of the display since I can only add one file.

I have checked the form in preview mode and loading the direct link, it displays the same in both cases, here are some screenshots about it:

The screenshot you have shared us is most likely to the responsive layout of the form, here is how the form currently looks when viewed in a mobile device:

Could you please share us a screenshot about how the form looks when embedded in your website?

This guide will help you to upload an image with your next reply: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum

If you want the form to be displayed like in the mobile view, then we could help you; however, please do confirm us that you want the form to be displayed like in the mobile view, we will be glad to help you.

The screenshot that I attached is how it is appearing on the website.  The mobile view is showing on the website, instead of the preview view.  I do not want the mobile view to be shown on the website.

I want the Preview View to be shown on the website.  Should I remove the responsive view checkbox?

I want the Preview View to be shown on the website.  Should I remove the responsive view checkbox?

If you unchecked the Responsive View option, then the form will not be auto responsive when used on different device browsers (i.e. mobile, tab, smaller view screen, etc).

The form view will retain the default view for desktop browsers.

You can test this anytime and check how it goes when viewing your embedded form on the website using different device browsers.

Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
