Form stuck with "Please wait...".

Hi,

The form that I have which is called Maintenance Job Sheet is unable to submit a response. Upon clicking submit, the button changes to "Please wait..." and gets stuck there.

I have tried cloning the form, it is still stuck. However when I deleted all the questions using the Widget "Configurable List", the form manage to submit successfully. 

Please advise if there's anything I can do to make the configurable list work.

I cloned your form and cloned it to my account.

So far I cannot seem to replicate the issue on my end. I was able to submit the cloned form that has Configurable List Widgets in them.

Can you please try clearing your form cache and your browser cache to refresh your form? I would also suggest updating all the Configurable List Widgets inside your form.

If the issue still persists, please let us know so we can check further.
