Can I receive form submission in my Google Drive by viewing the person's name only?

Hi, can i receive form submission in my Google Drive by viewing by the person's name only? insist of time and date as in folder form. How i can change this?

If I understand correctly, you want the folder in your Google Drive to have the person's name instead of the time and date? If that is so, then yes it is indeed possible to use the person's name only as the folder name. Simply select the Name field during the Google Drive Integration setup and uncheck the other fields.
