Hi Jotform gurus,
First, thank you for this wonderful service! It's a great help and a super service!
Now on to the question...I keep getting a pop-up window asking me to choose a key file. I'm not sure what this is or what I have to do. Can you please help me out?
I hope to hear from you soon!
My email is:
Sincerely,
Erin O'Neal

If I understand you correctly, your form is always asking for a "private key". This private key is related to Form Encryption. I've checked your form and I saw the Form Encryption Data is set to Yes.
Please upload your Private Key from your computer.
The key is located in the Downloads folder.
Please check the complete guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Please keep the key file safe and secure since the form submissions cannot be decrypted in anyway without this key.
Please do not hesitate to get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help. Thank you for using JotForm!
