    Send email notification to the email address selected from the form

    Hi team,

    I wish to have a member of staff complete the form and select their email address in a drop down list in the form and then use that email field to send an email back to the member of staff to confirm that the form has been completed.  Field is Sportstek enrolment staff email address:


    Can you please advise.

    I understand that you want to send an email to the member of staff email address which is selected from the dropdown. Is that correct? You may setup an autoresponder on your form so that you can select the field from the form.

    I have that in place however it is not sending the email.

    Hello,

    It appears that the email address which was supposed to receive the email has an issue. Your mail server stated that the email does not exist.

    rkafer@sportstekacademies.com.au is in the bounce list
    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 No Such User Here

    If this was a glitch on your server, it's possible that the problem has been fixed, unless otherwise there's a typo on your actual email address which may have been the result of the bounce back.

    In any case, I have now removed the email address from the said list so your email address should start receiving email alerts once again from JotForm.

    Please do observe if you're still having issues with receiving your email alerts.
