Android and PC working but iPhone users cannot use my jotform...https://www.jotform.com//?formID=62394031491150#

When they hit submit it goes to one of the question fields.

Have looked at other forums and have tried iFrame and still doesn't work

I have tried submitting the form using the direct link on an iPhone emulator and was able to submit it without any issue. When I tried to submit the form on your web page, I was not able to submit the form and it is focusing on one of the fields on the form.

It looks like that you are using Wix form builder for your web site. Could you try embedding the form using the direct link instead of using iframe embed code?

Let us know how it goes after embedding the form using the direct link. We will be happy to assist you further.

I tried that and it is still not working. For me the web page works but iphones do not. We have tested it several times on both and that is the case for all of us. I used the iFrame code to embed it on wix with the HTML/iFrame app. Changed it to website address and it still isn't working.

Since we are able to submit the form using the direct link, the issue seems that either Wix or the browser on iPhone is blocking some URLs when the form is embedded on the web page.

Please allow me sometime to check on this issue and get back you. Meanwhile could you also check with Wix if they can help in this regard?

    Thanks!

Yes thank you, I will send them the question as well. Looking forward to hearing back. I did find a string that looks like this same issue from April of last year that was not resolved by December of last year. Maybe this will help.

I have gone through the thread and it seems that there is an issue with iPhone browsers to submit the forms embedded on Wix site. However, before I forward this thread to our backend team let me test it further. Also, it would be also if we can get any information from Wix team.

    Thanks!

OK, thank you! I cannot see where to submit a question to Wix. There is a support page but nowhere to ask a question. I will keep looking.

This might have relation to the following error when I check the browser console while viewing the embedded form on mobile.

The form embedded on your page uses a secure protocol (HTTPS). This does not correspond with your website protocol (HTTP). This is some kind of limitation with your platform if I am not mistaken. So to correct this, you will have to use HTTP in your form URL found in your form embed code to match it with your website protocol.

    Example:

    From: https://form.jotform.com/62394031491150

    To: http://form.jotform.com/62394031491150

    Hope this helps!
