Account Credentials

Good Morning,

My company, Empire Prototype located in Massachusetts utilizes Jotform through the website.  We have had a change in personnel and in the company who was maintaining our Website (Everest Agency) and the new website creator is looking for our jotform credentials which no one is admitting to having.  Is there a way that we can find out the credentials or at least get a link to reset them?  I'm not sure what type of account we have - free or paid subscription.  

Please let me know if this information is retrievable and if so what information you need from Empire Prototype.
