JotForm SMTP account error

    Hi Guys,

     

    i get since today the error message below :

     

    Dear ahmet_test,

    There was an error on your SMTP configuration. Due to that error, our system automatically changed your email sender's address for your form ID 62595970747371 to noreply@jotform.com to prevent issues arising from your account.

    Please log in to your JotForm account (http://www.jotform.com) to correct your SMTP configuration.

    If you have questions, please post your questions to http://www.jotform.com/answers/ or send an email to support@jotform.com.

    P.S. This is an auto-generated email, please do not reply here.

     

     

    Can you please check or let me know what can i amend to avoid this.

    This error refers to a problem with sending emails from your own address.  Check the configuration of your SMTP settings to ensure they are up to date:

    If there were any changes to your SMTP servers configuration, those settings would need to be updated for your form as well. 

    If having your notifications sent from noreply@jotform.com is acceptable, no changes need to be made and further emails for that specific notification will be sent from that address.
