JotForm SMTP account error

    Hi Guys,


    i get since today the error message below :


    Dear ahmet_test,

    There was an error on your SMTP configuration. Due to that error, our system automatically changed your email sender's address for your form ID 62595970747371 to to prevent issues arising from your account.

    Please log in to your JotForm account ( to correct your SMTP configuration.

    Can you please check or let me know what can i amend to avoid this.

    This error refers to a problem with sending emails from your own address.  Check the configuration of your SMTP settings to ensure they are up to date:

    If there were any changes to your SMTP servers configuration, those settings would need to be updated for your form as well. 

    If having your notifications sent from is acceptable, no changes need to be made and further emails for that specific notification will be sent from that address.
