    In response to a question I need to put two drop-down menus or text boxes side by side with a heading over each, can I do this?

    I need to ask the question how many people are involved? I am looking for the numbers of both able-bodied and disabled.

    Two possible solutions:

    Suggestion 1. Use "Shrink" feature.

    Right click on the questions and then select "Select". It would look like this:

    You can change the label alignment and width of the fields etc. to make it looks like how you want.

     

    Suggestion 2: Use Matrix Field

    Under "Survey Tools" there is a tool called "Matrix", You can ask multiple column questions. It would look like this:
