On our current forms, people are filling them out but no one is getting emails. We have white listed the IP address but it still does not show up. Let us know if you can help us figure out why it is not working. Other forms we use with Hubpsot and Drupal are working. Thanks.

Two of the recipient were in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
They have now been white-listed, so this should solve the problem. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender. Here are our domain names:
