How ot add form in email?

My coworker has a submit button embedded into her email that takes the customers to the link. How do I do add this button to an email?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to embed your form in email and send it to users?

Please note that we do not recommend embedding form in emails because most of the email clients are very limited in supporting HTML & Scripts. That means embedding your form in email will most probably not work/display correctly on user's email client. The best way is to grab your form's direct URL and send it in email.
