Automatically email copy of submission to user?

We have forms that we fill out with clients so we don't email them to them as we need to be with them to fill them out. However, we would like to be able to automatically have the form emailed to them upon completion. Is there a way to do this?

    Thank you

You can create an autoresponder for this. Here's a guide that you can refer to: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

By default, the email template for the autoresponder includes all the fields in your form, but you can simply edit it. You can format the email template the way you like, you can also choose what form fields will be outputted. You choose the fields to display in the email by clicking the "Form Fields" drop down field:

You can also give your users a copy of the submission in PDF format. You can see under the "Form Fields" drop down the "PDF Link" which would insert the download link of the PDF in your email template.

You can also attach the PDF in the email itself, you can find that option under "Advanced" in the autoresponder settings:

To learn more about the different types of email alerts that we have and their general settings, please also check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings

    I hope that helps.
