I am currently logged in, composed an upgrade to bronze and submitted credit card payment information, agreed to terms and clicked agree. It has been about 10 minutes without a confirmation of my order.

I checked your account and it currently shows as Bronze. I am not sure why there was a delay in the subscription applying to your account, it should have been instant. However, the account is showing correctly at this time.
