    How do I send a Notification email based on a question response?

    Is it possible to modify the recipient of a form based on the response to one of the questions in a form? The form I am trying to send to submit various notifications for is: https://form.jotform.com/62506250527148. Thanks for your help!

    It is possible to send email notifications to specific email addresses, based on selections made in the form.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

    After setting up my form with the directions you've provided, all of the email recipients are getting the responses instead of the specific email I've set up in the condition. Any ideas on how to submit to ONLY the email address in specified the condition?

    I cloned your form and did some test submissions there. I believe you have setup the form conditions correctly.

    When the Appointment Request is not equal to Premium Business Coaching, I receive the email notification on my own email address.

    But when the Appointment Request is equal to Premium Business Coaching, a different email address receive the notification.

    Your form should be working correctly. I checked your account's email history for this form https://form.jotform.com/62506250527148 and I can confirm that the condition works. The only other email that was sent in conjunction with the notification was the autoresponder email. Since the autoresponder does not have a condition, it will always be sent when the form is submitted.
